Karnavati University, in collaboration with Gujarat Maritime University has organised a "Credit Course on International Maritime Law" from 16th February- 22nd February, 2022
The new Admiralty Jurisdiction Act expressly vests admiralty jurisdiction in the High Courts of all the coastal states in India including Gujarat High Court which makes this course more so important for the practicing advocates in Gujarat. This course will make the participants aware of the legal framework governing the maritime sector. It will equip participants with knowledge on contemporary and advanced issues related to the maritime sector. The training course would be ideal for professionals aiming to be specialists in the shipping and maritime domain.
