Dr. Mohd Imran, Professor and Associate Director, School of Law and Constitutional Studies, Shobhit Institute of Engineering and Technology –Deemed to be University, Meerut. Dr. Imran completed his Ph.D. and LL.M. in Constitutional Law and he did his LL.B. from C.C.S. University, Meerut. He has more than 10 years of experience in teaching, research and administration. His area of interest is Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Human Right Laws. Dr. Imran is hardcore academician and researcher. He has more than 20 research papers published in the journals of national and international repute and One Book titled “Judicial Accountability and Independence of Higher Judiciary in India” by Lambert Academic Publishing. He had attended several national and international seminars and conferences. Dr. Imran have supervised more than 20 LL.M. Dissertations and supervising many Ph.D. in the field of Law. He had experienced various academic as well as administrative posts. Presently, he is working at Shobhit University School of Law and Constitutional Studies as Professor and Associate Director. Dr Imran has recieved Outstanding Leadership Award 2021 and Distinguished Teacher’s Award - 2022.
