Bio

I pursue consulting, education and research in Intellectual Property Rights with a special interest in advancing the understanding on merger between law and society through the domains of Traditional Knowledge and Geographical Indications. 

I have completed my education from Gujarat National Law University [B.Com LL.B. (Hons.)] and King's College, London. After pursuing law practice at boutique law firms in Ahmedabad and Bengaluru, I changed course to legal academia and research in 2017. 

Currently, I am associated with national as well as international educational institutes and NGOs working with the aim to build an understanding upon subjects like traditional knowledge, traditional cutural expresions, geographical indications, cultural heritage, biodiversity and the like. I believe research and education can bring remarkable changes to our society added to which implementation of law in its true spirit can uplift it.
