Bio

I am Assistant Professor in Department of Law & Governance, Central University of South Bihar. I have been a faculty of law at Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur and Law College Dehradun, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun. I was awarded Doctoral Fellowship from Indian Council of Social Sciences Research (ICSSR), New Delhi in 2012-13 to undertake my Doctoral Research at Banaras Hindu University. My research area includes patents, copyright, plant variety protection, biodiversity conservation and industrial relations. I teach Intellectual Property Law to under graduate and post graduate students. Besides intellectual property laws I also undertake teaching of Professional Ethics, Labour and Industrial Laws and Jurisprudence. I have participated in many conferences/seminars and have many research articles/book chapters to my credit.
