Sir/Madam,

I wish to state that Bar Council of India the apex statutory body constituted under the Advocates Act, 1961 for regulating the legal profession and Legal education in the country.

The Bar Council of India Trust Pearl First  is publishing a quarterly Journal known as “ Indian Bar Review” from its very inception, in which the selected articles  from legal luminaries, jurists, Judges of the Supreme Court and High Courts,  Professors,  Head of the departments of the various  National Law universities in India  are invited  to give their views on  the current developments in  law  and ancillaries from  time to time.

I request you kindly contribute a valued article on the current topic or any other important subject for quarterly law journal Indian Bar Review. 

I hope and trust that your goodself will consider this letter of request on priority basis and contribute the article preferably within three weeks. You may forward the article on official mail i.e bcitibrpf@gmail.com  in word format file as attachments to the Editor, Indian Bar Review in A-4 size paper (and manuscripts must be ) typed on one side, single spaced with wide margin. The maximum length of the article should not exceed to 5-6 pages. A short running title should be given. A self contained summary not exceeding 120 words of the article is required. Contributors are also required to give foot note in the same page in which the reference appears below the bottom line. A manuscript should mention institutional affiliation of the author below author’s name. Institutional address of the author with e-mail ID should be given at the end. In the covering letter mobile number must be given so that in case of any query author can be contacted. The author/contributor  of the article is requested to give self declaration about the source of article sent for publication accompanied by a covering letter  addressed to the Editor giving full detail such as designation, contact numbers, e-mail ID, etc. Without this information, the article will not be considered for publication.  After publication of article in the Indian Bar Review journal,  a complimentary copy with ten reprints will be sent to you.
